Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading international law firm seeking a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto) office. The role will handle both contested antitrust litigation and transactional competition work, working alongside established corporate and litigation practices.

The successful candidate will help build and lead client relationships, originate new business, and collaborate on cross-practice matters involving corporate transactions and regulatory strategy. This is an opportunity to join a sizable, multidisciplinary team advising technology and commercial clients on complex competition issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust litigation and transactional competition matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships in the technology or commercial sectors
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the East Palo Alto office
