Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Princeton

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Princeton office. The role will involve advising corporate clients on merger control, competition counseling, antitrust investigations, and related litigation and transactional matters.

The team handles cross-border and domestic matters across a range of industries. The successful candidate will help build the regional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and client relationship growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in antitrust and competition matters (merger control, investigations, litigation or counseling)
• Proven business development experience and client origination
• Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
