Partner, Antitrust & Competition – Sioux Falls

Seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead a growing antitrust and competition practice in Sioux Falls. The role will involve matter leadership across criminal and civil antitrust, merger reviews, counseling on competition compliance, and managing client relationships.

The partner will work closely with national and regional teams, develop new business locally, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a hands-on position with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunity to shape the office's practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust and competition practice with experience in merger review, litigation, or counseling
• Demonstrated client development and rainmaking ability
• Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong leadership and team management skills
