Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Atlanta

A national practice is seeking a partner to lead and expand its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work from the Atlanta office. The role will focus on complex restructurings, distressed debt matters and creditor representation across bankruptcy and out-of-court solutions.

The successful candidate will join an established transactional and restructuring team, drive business development with institutional creditors and lenders, and act as a senior case lead on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating and supervising engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Significant partner-level experience handling distressed debt and complex insolvency matters
• Strong business development and client-management skills
