Partner, Finance & Banking — Atlanta

National law firm seeking a partner to join and expand its finance practice in the Atlanta market. The role focuses on a broad lending practice covering commercial lending, consumer finance (including card products) and public finance work.

The partner will work with an established team on originating and executing transactions, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. The role offers a platform to grow a regional/national practice within an experienced finance group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in lending and consumer finance transactions, including card and related products
• Experience advising on public finance matters a strong plus
• Proven business development and client management skills; ability to mentor associates
