Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Fort Lauderdale

Senior partner role to lead and expand a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role combines courtroom-focused insolvency work with out-of-court restructurings and distressed-debt transactions.

Clients will include creditors, special servicers and other stakeholders seeking advice on restructurings, workouts, creditor remedies and distressed financings. The partner will originate and manage complex matters from intake through resolution and collaborate with finance and litigation colleagues on cross-practice matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt matters
• Track record of originating and leading complex insolvency or workout engagements
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and strong courtroom and negotiation skills
