Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Fort Lauderdale

Leading national litigation firm seeks a partner to grow its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice from the Fort Lauderdale office. The role will focus on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring-related transactional work, with a mandate to expand client relationships and originate new work.

The successful candidate will join a high-profile disputes-led practice and will be expected to handle complex contested matters, lead teams, and contribute to strategic business development as the group continues a growth trajectory.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Strong trial and courtroom experience preferred; ability to lead teams on complex, contested matters
