Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — San Francisco

We are running a confidential partner search. The requirement is re-confirmed each cycle with the client, and what follows is the current brief.

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt practice from the firm's San Francisco office. The role will handle creditor-side work, restructurings, out-of-court workouts and related finance matters.

You will join a national finance and restructuring platform, collaborate with cross‑office teams on complex matters, and develop new client relationships in the Bay Area market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt matters
• Track record advising creditors, lenders or special-situations investors
• Admission to the California bar or eligibility to transfer
