Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring / Corporate, Boston

Senior partner opportunity in a Boston office to lead and grow a bankruptcy and restructuring practice within a full-service corporate platform. The role involves advising debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on complex restructurings, insolvency proceedings and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a leading client-facing role, and help expand the practice through business development and cross-practice collaboration across the firm’s U.S. offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading bankruptcy and restructuring matters and originating client work
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to seek admission) and significant partner-level experience
• Strong business development, team leadership and client relationship skills
