Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Seattle

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Seattle. The role will focus on advising corporate debtors, creditors, and stakeholders on insolvency, out-of-court restructurings, and contested bankruptcy matters.

The team works collaboratively with corporate and finance colleagues across offices to deliver commercial solutions for clients. The firm is seeking a market-facing partner who can develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and manage complex matters from intake through resolution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in bankruptcy, restructuring, or insolvency matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Experience supervising associates and managing case teams
• Active state bar admission and ability to practice in Washington
