Partner — Compliance & Government Practice (Newark)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory / Government practice out of the Newark office of a global law firm. The role focuses on counseling government contractors and regulated entities on regulatory compliance, government contract matters, and related public-sector work across key U.S. markets.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and take a leading role in business development and practice strategy. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice supported by an established national platform with cross-jurisdictional capability.

• Established government contracts, regulatory or compliance practice at partner level
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Experience supervising teams and handling complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
