Apply in confidence →Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Boulder. The role focuses on advising clients across cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, international trade, and regulated industries including energy, environment and healthcare.
The successful candidate will grow and lead a multidisciplinary practice, working with cross-border teams and senior client stakeholders on regulatory strategy, incident response, cross-border data transfers, trade remedies and sector-specific compliance matters.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory, privacy/cybersecurity and international trade matters
- Proven business development track record and ability to lead client origination and team delivery
- Experience with energy/environmental or healthcare regulatory frameworks preferred
- Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boulder office
