Partner — Compliance & Regulatory & Litigation (Las Vegas)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a compliance, regulatory enforcement and related litigation practice from the Las Vegas office. The role combines regulatory counseling, enforcement defense and technology-driven privacy/data protection matters across a range of regulated industries.

The partner will have a senior client-facing role: managing complex investigations, directing litigation strategy, advising on regulatory risk and supervising team delivery. There is an emphasis on business development and building a regional practice aligned with existing firm capabilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation
• Significant experience advising on privacy and data protection issues and technology-related regulatory risk
• Proven client development and origination skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to lead client engagements
