Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Litigation (Phoenix)

Senior partner role for an experienced regulatory and litigation lawyer to lead and grow a cross-practice offering focused on compliance, regulatory enforcement, privacy and technology-related disputes. The role combines client-facing advisory work with strategic litigation matters and practice development.

You will advise regulated clients on complex regulatory matters, privacy and data-protection issues, and related enforcement risk, while steering litigation strategy when enforcement matters proceed. The role includes mentoring senior associates and building a market-facing practice in Phoenix.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in regulatory enforcement, compliance counseling and related litigation
• Proven business development record and ability to lead client relationships
• Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
