The role will focus on advising healthcare providers, life‑sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will lead client development efforts in Southern California, work cross‑practice on complex matters, and contribute to practice management and mentoring of junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner‑level experience advising clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors
- Strong regulatory, transactional and client development skills
- Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and demonstrated leadership/mentoring experience
