Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Salt Lake City

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice out of the Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on counseling clients across regulatory, international trade, cybersecurity/privacy, and energy/environmental matters, with a particular emphasis on healthcare- and energy-related regulatory work.

The partner will develop and manage client relationships, lead cross-practice teams on complex regulatory and international matters, and drive origination in privacy, cybersecurity, and trade-related issues. This is a front-facing role with significant business-development and practice-management responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters, including cybersecurity/privacy and international trade
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or regulatory teams
• Experience in energy, environmental, or healthcare regulatory matters preferred
