Senior partner role in a national law firm seeking an experienced leader to grow and lead work across compliance & regulatory, technology, and healthcare matters. The role focuses on privacy/data protection, health-tech and software-related regulatory counseling and commercial work.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, originate new mandates, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on strategic and transactional matters. This position offers a platform to expand a book of business in the Salt Lake City market and regionally across the firm’s US network.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in privacy, health‑care regulatory or technology law
Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction and ability to practice in Utah (or obtain admission)
Track record of client origination and team leadership
