We are seeking a lateral partner with a strong portable practice to join a Silicon Valley office of a leading international law firm. The role is part of a strategic expansion focused on increasing transactional volume and commercial litigation strength.

The group handles significant commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with a focus on sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive. The platform supports work across key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany.

This is a partner-level opening suited to candidates who can bring an anchor client relationship and a substantial portable book. The firm prioritizes acquiring teams over individuals and is open to considering established groups with a demonstrated client following.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• At least one anchor client relationship
• Partner-level experience in commercial litigation or corporate transactions
• Demonstrated stability in career history (limited lateral moves)
