Partner — Corporate & Energy, Boston

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a busy corporate and finance practice in Boston with a strong focus on energy sector work. The role centres on M&A and transactional mandates, project development in renewables and oil & gas, and capital markets matters.

You will join a national US firm platform and be expected to originate and steward client relationships, work across transactional and energy teams, and help expand the office’s market presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets
• Proven track record on energy matters, including renewables project development and oil & gas commercial work
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to integrate with national practice teams
