Partner, Corporate & Energy — Miami

Leading US law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Miami corporate team, with a focus on transactional work across M&A, capital markets and energy projects. The role will cover matters in both traditional oil & gas and renewable energy project development, as well as technology-related corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, originate and develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with national practice groups to grow the regional platform. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national reach and sector-specific depth.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets, and energy project or commercial transactions
• Demonstrated track record of originating and closing significant corporate or project deals
• Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across national practice groups
• Bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
