Partner — Corporate & Finance (Boston)

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston corporate and finance team. The role will focus on private equity and venture capital matters, advising sponsors, portfolio companies and institutional investors on transactional work.

The successful candidate will join an established practice with significant deal flow and will be considered for a path to equity over time. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating work and managing complex transactions.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Massachusetts
