Partner, Corporate & Finance (Dubai)

Senior partner role leading corporate and finance work from the Dubai office. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients on corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital matters, and commercial financings.

The successful candidate will manage and grow a team, develop client relationships across the region, and play a visible business-development and practice-leadership role within the office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital deals
• Proven client origination and business-development skills in the Middle East market
• Ability to lead and mentor a cross-border team; admitted or eligible to be admitted in a common law jurisdiction
