Senior partner-level opening for a corporate and energy practice in the Boston office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role focuses on M&A and transactional matters across technology, renewable energy and oil & gas project development, with activity in capital markets and commercial deals.

The successful candidate will lead a client-facing practice, originate and close complex transactions, and work with cross-practice teams on project development and finance matters. This is an opportunity to shape and grow an established practice within a national platform.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and complex corporate transactions, including technology and transactional work
Track record advising on renewable energy, project development and commercial oil & gas matters; experience with capital markets transactions a plus
Demonstrable business development and client origination capabilities
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the U.S. market
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
