The role focuses on M&A and transactional matters across renewable energy, oil & gas and project finance, with responsibility for originating deals, advising sponsors and lenders, and mentoring a growing team.
- Proven track record in M&A and complex transactional work, including project finance and energy-sector deals
- Demonstrable experience advising on renewable energy and oil & gas transactions
- Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to lead teams and develop business
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and significant partner-level experience
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
