Partner — Corporate, Finance & Securities — Pittsburgh

Senior partner role for an established corporate practice seeking a leader to grow and manage transactional work across private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters. The position will combine client origination, deal execution and team leadership within a full-service transactional group.

Ideal candidate will advise private equity and growth investors, sponsors and issuers on complex financings and securities matters, and will work closely with cross-functional teams on high-value transactions. The office offers strong regional deal flow and support resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partnership-level experience in corporate/finance or securities transactions
• Proven origination record and ability to lead deal teams
• Experience advising private equity, venture capital or capital markets clients
