Senior partner hire to lead and grow Corporate, Intellectual Property and Litigation practices in the Las Vegas office of a national law firm. The role offers a platform to bring and develop a substantial client base, collaborate across practices (M&A, corporate governance, IP and litigation), and work with a team handling both transactional and contentious matters.

This is a business-development focused partner role: the firm is prioritizing candidates who can contribute immediately via a portable practice and who are comfortable working with cross‑office teams to expand regional capabilities. The team handles matters ranging from corporate transactions and governance to patent/IP disputes and mass‑tort litigation, with opportunities to build a book and participate in office growth plans.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in one or more of: M&A/corporate transactions, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation), or complex commercial litigation
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or litigation teams
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and to contribute to business development and practice growth
