Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Tucson

Top-tier law firm seeking a partner-level hire to grow and lead practices across corporate, intellectual property and commercial litigation in the Tucson office. The role is focused on bringing and developing client relationships, leading matters in M&A, corporate governance and patent litigation, and working with a collaborative, cross-practice team.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originations and client management. The firm offers flexibility on fee arrangements and a partnership track that may include equity options on a case-by-case basis.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in corporate and/or intellectual property litigation with demonstrated client generation
• Proven experience on M&A, corporate governance or patent litigation matters
• Ability to lead teams, develop business and collaborate across practice groups
