Partner — Corporate & IP (Silicon Valley)

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced partner to expand its Corporate and Intellectual Property practices in the Silicon Valley market. The role is focused on high‑value M&A and corporate work for technology and growth clients, together with patent and IP litigation matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative platform with cross‑office resources and a focus on business development; there is flexibility on office placement for a partner with a portable practice and interest in building or expanding a regional presence.

• Portable book of business of $850k (USD)
• Established partner‑level track record in corporate transactions (M&A, governance) and/or IP litigation, with significant experience acting for technology or growth‑company clients
• Proven business development ability and experience leading or growing a practice group
• Admission to practice in California preferred and ability to work from the Silicon Valley office
