Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Boston

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Boston corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role emphasizes team acquisitions to grow transactional volume and to manage significant commercial disputes across sectoral clients.

Ideal candidates will help develop cross-border workstreams with a focus on life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive clients, and will collaborate with teams serving markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Lateral Partner with demonstrable track record leading corporate transactions and/or major commercial litigation matters
• Proven ability to recruit and lead teams (preference for bringing teams rather than solo moves)
• Strong sector relationships in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
• Established cross-border client network and experience working with US and European matters
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
