This position offers a unique opportunity to drive high-value transactional volume and manage significant commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors.

The practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as complex commercial and transactional disputes. The firm's key sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry, with a market emphasis on major domestic and international business hubs.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong portable book of business and a collaborative approach. The firm is particularly interested in acquiring established teams rather than individual laterals, and prioritizes partners with deep client relationships and a track record of substantial deal and case work.

At least one anchor client
Experience across corporate, litigation, and finance & banking matters
Background in private equity, venture capital, and commercial litigation
Stable career history (no more than three to five firm moves)
