A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston office, supporting an expanding platform across corporate transactions and high-stakes commercial litigation.

The firm advises clients in sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry. The practice group focuses on sophisticated commercial disputes alongside a broad transactional offering spanning private equity, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions.

The firm is particularly interested in acquiring cohesive teams rather than individual laterals, with a view to increasing transactional volume and handling significant commercial litigation. Candidates with books of business anchored by a strong client relationship are encouraged to apply.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Experienced partner with a demonstrated track record in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions
Ability to bring or build a cohesive team
Stable career history (limited, strategic lateral moves)
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
