Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Boston

Leading international law firm is building its Boston corporate and litigation platform and is seeking an experienced partner or small team to expand transactional capacity and handle significant commercial disputes. The role emphasizes cross-border work and high-value corporate matters alongside high-stakes commercial litigation.

Preferred sector experience includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The team will work closely with offices and markets across the US and in key international financial centres.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD) and an anchor client
• Proven record of leading complex corporate transactions and high-value commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop portable client relationships and to lead or integrate a team
• Experience with cross-border matters and working with teams across major US and international markets
