An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its market-leading Corporate and Litigation practices in Silicon Valley. The firm represents clients on big-ticket commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions, with a focus on growing transactional volume and handling significant commercial disputes.

The practice serves clients across a range of sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry. This is an opportunity to join a platform with a strong market presence in Northern California and a national and international footprint spanning New York, Texas, London, and Germany.

The firm is specifically interested in partner-level candidates with established teams and significant portable books of business. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a partner looking to add complementary strengths to a collaborative, cross-practice platform.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Established, credible team with deep client relationships (individuals will be considered, but team acquisitions are of particular interest)
Stable career history (no more than 3–5 prior firm moves)
Significant, portable anchor client relationships
Jurisdiction authorization to practice in relevant United States jurisdictions
