Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Silicon Valley

Seeking a lateral partner to lead integrated corporate and commercial litigation work from the firm's Silicon Valley office. The role combines high-value transactional mandates with major commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Ideal candidates will have experience running or integrating teams, winning and managing complex cross-border matters, and developing client relationships that span transactional and contentious matters. This is a strategic hire intended to scale both transactional volume and commercial litigation capability.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and major commercial litigation or related transactional work
• Experience leading or integrating teams and developing cross-practice client relationships
• Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services, energy or automotive preferred
