Partner, Corporate & M&A — Boston

Senior corporate partner role in a rapidly expanding national practice seeking leaders to drive M&A, private equity and capital markets work for life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients. The team also handles technology transactions and IP litigation/transactional matters alongside core corporate work.

Appointments are being made for partners who can originate and lead cross-practice deals and who are comfortable working with emerging-growth companies through large issuer-side capital markets matters. The group prefers teams but will consider strong individual hires.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions, and/or issuer-side capital markets work
• Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences or financial services preferred
• Proven ability to originate business and lead cross-practice, multi-jurisdictional deals
