Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Seattle

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Seattle for an experienced M&A and transactional lawyer. The role will lead complex corporate transactions, advise boards and senior management on governance matters, and build and manage a transactional practice team.

The successful candidate will combine deep deal experience with proven client-development ability and a track record of leading cross-functional teams on domestic and international matters. This is a business-development focused partner role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level M&A/transactional practice and demonstrable track record of leading deals
• Strong corporate governance experience advising boards and senior executives
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Licensed to practice in Washington or eligible for admission
