Partner — Corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions), Boston

Senior partner role to lead and grow a corporate practice with a primary focus on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The role requires a strong track record of originating and executing complex deals, advising corporate clients across industries, and developing a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for business development and cross-practice collaboration, and will play a leadership role in shaping the firm’s corporate offering in the Boston market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in M&A and transactional matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates and leading deal teams
• Active admission to the Massachusetts bar (or ability to obtain)
