Senior corporate partner role in the Portland office of a leading international law firm. The position will focus on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for public and private companies across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, leading client matters, originating business and mentoring junior lawyers. The role offers opportunity to build market presence in the region while working on cross-border and domestic transactions with experienced deal teams.
