Partner, Corporate Restructuring — Pittsburgh

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice in the Pittsburgh office. The role will involve advising corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on complex restructurings, insolvency matters and related corporate work.

You'll work with cross-office teams on restructuring strategies, complex negotiations and contested proceedings, while developing client relationships and originating new engagements.

• Proven track record in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-building abilities
• Admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or able to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
