Partner, Employment & Labor — Atlanta

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a strong employment and labor practice in the Atlanta market. The role combines high-level client counseling, complex employment litigation and advisory work, and oversight of transactional employment matters.

The partner will mentor and manage junior lawyers, collaborate with national colleagues on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters, and play a central role in business development and client relationship strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in labor & employment work, including counseling and litigation
• Experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
• Demonstrated business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships
