Partner, Employment & Labor — Birmingham

Senior hire to lead and expand an established employment and labor practice in the Birmingham office. The role combines client-facing litigation and counseling work with responsibility for practice growth and team leadership.

Expect to handle a mix of labor-management matters, employment litigation, and preventive counseling across industries, working with regional and national clients. The partner will mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex employment issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and managing significant employment and labor matters
• Strong courtroom and/or administrative hearing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team and to develop client relationships
