Partner, Employment & Labor — Boston

Senior partner role for an established employment and labor practice in Boston. The team has a strong focus on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class-action matters and is seeking a partner to lead and grow that workstream.

The role combines client development, matter leadership, and supervision of associates on complex employment litigation and counseling matters. This is an opportunity to join a national practice while based in the Boston office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience handling discrimination, wage & hour, and class action employment matters
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
• Bar admission in Massachusetts (or ability to secure) and experience supervising teams on complex litigation
