Partner — Employment & Labor, Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas employment and labor practice. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment matters with an emphasis on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective litigation.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy practice team, litigate high-stakes matters, and advise corporate clients on workplace risk and compliance. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant client development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling discrimination, wage & hour, and class action employment matters
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Strong litigation and trial experience representing employers
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer
