Partner, Employment & Labor — Fort Lauderdale

Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice from the Fort Lauderdale office. The role combines client relationship responsibility, business development, and hands-on matter work across counseling, litigation, and workplace investigations.

The successful candidate will supervise and develop associates, work closely with cross-practice teams on complex employment matters, and expand client coverage in the region. This is a lead role with significant partnership responsibilities and an expectation to contribute to firm-wide strategy for the practice.
