Senior lateral partner position to lead and grow an established Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the firm's Raleigh office. The role will combine trial and appellate litigation work with counseling employers on employment law compliance and workplace risk management.

The successful candidate will run a team of litigators, handle complex employment disputes from intake through trial, and play a primary role in business development and client relationship management for the practice in the region.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor matters
  • Track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex cases to trial
  • Demonstrable business development experience and existing employer-side relationships
  • Admission to practice in North Carolina (or ability to become admitted)
