A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on leading client matters across a broad range of labor and employment issues, advising employers on compliance, litigation strategy, and workplace policies.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a respected practice group, mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in business development within the region. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and team management responsibilities.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven track record of partner-level client development and management in employment/labor matters
  • Extensive experience handling workplace litigation, counseling, and preventative compliance work
  • Bar admission in California and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
