Senior partner-level opportunity in a busy employment and labor practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on leading high-stakes discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class action litigation for a broad client base, supervising teams and shaping case strategy.

The successful candidate will have a track record of courtroom and appellate advocacy, manage client relationships, and drive business development across employment matters. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility for case outcomes, team mentoring, and practice growth.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven experience handling discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters
  • Extensive litigation and trial experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong business development and client-management skills
  • Bar admission in California (or eligible) and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
