Leading national employment and labor practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles team. The role focuses on employee benefits matters, with particular emphasis on ESOPs alongside broader benefits work across the practice.

Ideal candidates will lead client relationships, originate new work, and collaborate with a cross-office team of benefits and employment attorneys. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant client-facing responsibility and strategic business development expectations.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP matters
  • Proven client origination and relationship management skills
  • Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California (or willingness to obtain)
