Partner, Employment & Labor — Miami

Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and expand its Employment & Labor practice in the Miami office. The role focuses on advising employers across the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including counseling, litigation, internal investigations and collective-bargaining issues.

The partner will have responsibility for developing client relationships, supervising case teams, and growing practice revenue and market presence in South Florida. There is scope to build a team and collaborate with national practice colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in employment and labor matters representing employers
• Experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and originating business
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Florida
