Partner, Employment & Labor — Miami

Seeking a senior lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor group in the Miami office. The role is client-facing and will handle a full range of labor and employment matters for regional and national employers.

Successful candidates will lead engagements, develop business, manage client relationships, and supervise associates and staff. The team advises on both litigation and counseling matters across private and public sector employers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law
• Proven client development record and strong existing client relationships
• Experience managing litigation and counseling matters and supervising junior lawyers
