Partner, Employment & Labor — Philadelphia

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace compliance, defending employment litigation, and advising on labor relations and collective bargaining matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team handling complex regional and national matters, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and help grow the practice locally. This is a partner track leadership role with client-facing and business development responsibilities.

• Proven track record as a partner-level employment lawyer with substantial employer-side experience in litigation and labor relations
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Strong business development and client management skills; ability to work across practice groups and offices
