Established national employment practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand work in the Philadelphia market. The role will combine client counseling, employment litigation and strategic advisory work for corporate clients, with a particular emphasis on executive compensation & benefits matters.

This partner will build and manage relationships across industry clients, supervise associates, and work collaboratively with other practice groups on cross-border and transactional matters. The team provides a mix of litigation defense, preventive advice, and workplace investigations.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience in employment law, including counseling and litigation
  • Track record advising on executive compensation and benefits issues
  • Ability to originate and develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
