Partner, Employment & Labor — San Francisco

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a busy employment and labor practice in the San Francisco office of a leading national law firm. The role combines high‑level litigation and counseling work, representation in union and collective bargaining matters, workplace investigations, and complex employment litigation.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take responsibility for client relationships, originate new business, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible, client‑facing role with significant opportunity to shape the practice's direction and market presence in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in employment litigation and labor matters, including collective bargaining and NLRB practice
• Proven track record of client origination and business development at the partner level
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements
• Active membership in the California bar
